Every tier, no asterisks.
No capital cost, in any tier
There is no equipment purchase, no electrical work, and no installation line item — because nothing is installed. The monthly rate is the cost.
Sessions included, overage itemised
Each tier includes a monthly session allowance. If a property runs past it, the extra sessions appear as individual invoice lines, each tied to the specific session that generated it — so an unexpected total can always be traced.
Pilot, then decide
The Pilot tier is a 3-month, single-lot trial. It exists because committing to a service you haven't seen run on your own property is a bad deal, and we'd rather you saw it first.
Portfolio pricing
Multi-property business parks are quoted individually, because route bundling across several lots changes the economics in the client's favour. The published Portfolio figure is a floor, not a list price.
How it appears on the invoice.
When am I billed?
Monthly, for the month that just closed. Invoices are issued within three business days of period close.
What are the payment terms?
Net 30 by default. Card and ACH payment links are available on every invoice; cheque and wire are recorded manually.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, between billing cycles. Nothing is installed, so nothing is stranded when service scales up or down.
What if a session does not happen?
It is not billed. Only completed sessions appear as billable lines, and the flat monthly fee covers the included allowance regardless.
