Why mobile

Most of the workplace charging market is built around the assumption that whoever wants chargers also controls the building. In Silicon Valley that assumption fails for the majority of employers — 60–70% lease their space, which puts a permanent electrical project behind a landlord conversation that frequently never starts.

Mobile charging removes the premise. A vehicle-to-vehicle fleet arrives on a scheduled route, delivers energy into employees' cars during the workday, and leaves. There is nothing to permit, nothing to trench, and nothing on the property to depreciate.

What we run

Kia EV9 vehicles paired with Wallbox Quasar 2 bidirectional chargers. Routes are clustered by proximity and ordered by earliest scheduled stop. Every session is logged at the bay — the same record that becomes the invoice line.

Where we operate

Silicon Valley: San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, and the surrounding business districts. Route density is what makes the economics work, so we grow outward cluster by cluster rather than taking scattered one-off properties.

• Business parks — multi-tenant properties where no single tenant can justify a build-out.
• Residential and multi-unit dwellings — HOAs and apartment communities facing a special assessment for a garage retrofit.
• Hospitality — hotels that want the amenity listed without closing bays for construction.
